Why get a feasibility view before talking to developers?
Most societies start their redevelopment journey with a developer's presentation, not with an independent picture of their own plot. That order is risky — once a developer sets the frame, every discussion happens on their terms. A written feasibility view turns this around. Your committee learns what your plot could broadly support, what members can reasonably expect, and which questions to ask before any offer is on the table. It also makes general body meetings calmer: members argue less when there is a neutral document to discuss, and decisions rest on your society's own facts rather than on promises.

What details do we need to submit?
The basics are enough to begin: your plot area (even an approximate figure), the number of members or flats, your society's location, and the age of the building. A copy of your property card helps us give a more accurate view, but it is not mandatory at this stage. You can gather the remaining documents later, once your society decides to take the process forward.
Is the free report a substitute for a full feasibility study?
No. The free report is an orientation document — it helps your committee understand your plot's broad potential and whether redevelopment looks worth pursuing. A full feasibility study, prepared by your appointed project management consultant (PMC), involves detailed surveys, title checks and financial workings, and comes later in the formal process. Think of the free report as an informed first step, not the final word.
