What does a free society visit cover?
A typical society visit covers the redevelopment process end to end: how the 79A process works, what DCPR 2034 means for your plot, how offers are usually structured — extra carpet area, rent during construction and corpus fund — and what documents your committee should collect first. You set the agenda; many societies ask us to explain the process to the full general body so every member hears the same facts.
