What we collect
We only collect the information you enter yourself in one of our forms (for example: Register your society, Ask an expert, Book a society visit, Offer / rent enquiries, Broker partnership, or Contact us). Depending on the form, this may include:
- Your name and your role in the society
- Your phone number (WhatsApp) and, optionally, your email
- Your society's name, locality and basic details (such as number of members or current stage)
- Anything you choose to write in a message or enquiry
We do not ask for and do not want any bank account numbers, card details, passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive financial information. Please do not send these to us.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose only: to respond to you and help your society with redevelopment — answering your question, reviewing an offer, arranging a call or visit, or sending you the information you asked for. That is it.
We do not share or sell your data
Your details are kept private. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with any third party for marketing. We may only share it if the law requires us to. Our forms are delivered to us through Netlify (our website host), which processes the submission securely on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to help your society and for our own records. If you would like us to delete your details, just email prashant.dongare@v21capital.com and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. There is no charge for this — email or WhatsApp us and we will act on it.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies at present. If we add website analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
