This gallery will show real, completed Mumbai society redevelopments — verified projects with genuine before-and-after photos, the area members gained, the corpus paid and how long it took. We are building it honestly: rather than fill it with stock images or artists' impressions, we add a project only after the new building is delivered and members have moved back in.

Why seeing real projects helps your society

Redevelopment is a big decision, and for most members it is hard to imagine. A feasibility report full of numbers rarely moves a member who has lived in the same building for forty years. Photographs do. When your society can see an ageing structure in your own part of Mumbai — leaking walls, propped-up slabs, no lift, no parking — and then the building that replaced it, the conversation changes. Members stop asking whether redevelopment works and start asking what it could mean for your building. Real projects also keep expectations honest: they show the waiting, the temporary shift and the years of construction, not just the finished tower.

Are the gallery projects real?

Yes. Every project shown in the gallery will be a real Mumbai society redevelopment, with details we have verified — the locality, the age of the old building, the timeline and what members received. We will not use stock photos or artists' impressions presented as finished work. The whole point of the gallery is to set honest expectations, so your society can see what redevelopment genuinely looks like, including the waiting and the disruption along the way.

Can our society’s project be featured?

Yes, we would be glad to hear from you. If your society has completed redevelopment and members are happy to share their journey — old photos, new photos and a few honest words about the process — please contact us after you have taken possession of the new building.
